maczacrevol asked: UGH I know your feels. I was so excited to be able to play SWTOR again because I just haven't had the money to pay for it lately but it's just soooooo damn limited. I was so proud of the way I had set up with how my character looked but it had used the "Hide Helmet" feature and now that I can't use it being a free player my whole set up looks messed up. I mean I get it is going to be a bit limited, but they made it TOO limited in my opinion.

Indeed they made it WAYY too limited, it’s like they had a board meeting and went:

“So what can we limit?”
“EVERYTHING! Let’s do it”

I can’t hide my helm, I cant arrange my UI properly, because I only have 2 actions bars..

Don’t get me wrong, cash shops are great, but don’t limit the fucking basics of the game, that’s too far..

I hope they see the light soon and get rid of some of these restrictions, I don’t want to be FORCED to sub, so I can use more then 2 action bars..

argh just sigh, I could rant for ever though, so i’ll stop D:

So i’ve logged into SWTOR.

EA, why :(
Almost EVERYTHING has some kind of cap on it, i’m preferred status aswell.

Some of the things i’ve managed to have a look at:

My guild, I can’t edit ranks unless I sub or unlock it.
LFG, I can roll on 3 THINGS A WEEK, A FUCKING WEEK, unless I sub or unlock it.
I can’t hide my helm, unless I sub or unlock it.
I can’t use more than two actionbars, unless I sub or unlock it.

Just to emphasis that.. I CAN’T HIDE MY FUCKING HELM UNLESS I BUY THE RIGHTS TOO. THERE’S F2P WITH A CASH SHOP THEN THERE IS EA, DA FUCK.

EA, seriously, you’ve gone and fucked up, BIG TIME.
What kind of bullshit is this, how can I play a game.. when I can’t play a game?

The only plus I can see is.. my server now has 300+ people on fleet, not 20.

Please say someone else feels my frustration?

When someone ninjas a quest object from me I’ll follow them around until I can return the favor.

My worst companion is a hard one tbh.. because i’ve only played 1 class to experience any companions.. and even then i’ve only used two (Quinn and Jaesa)

Actually, I can say Mako.. she’s too moral and righteous for me (My BH is only level 18 so a lot could change) but so far, I haven’t liked her.

I wish I had more friends who played the game. Despite making friends ingame, most are busy with their guilds and I feel kind of lonely. :/
